This pivotal role is integral to managing all pre and post contract activities for our prestigious residential luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of contract management, project oversight, and the development of vendor relationships. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil). - A minimum of 8+ years for Manager Role demonstrable experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development specifically within the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all facets of pre and post contract processes, ensuring contracts are meticulously drafted, reviewed, and managed to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency. - Lead project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budgetary constraints. - Foster vendor development through evaluation, onboarding, and cultivation of strong partnerships with external stakeholders, enhancing project execution. - Conduct thorough rate analyses and lead negotiations with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions. - Supervise budgeting, cost analysis, and detailed reporting to ensure financial accuracy across projects, aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Required Skills: - Proven expertise in rate analysis, contract negotiations, and financial management practices. - Strong capabilities in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Willingness to travel as necessary based on project requirements.
