Job description
Job Summary: Executive will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing counselling, conducting outreach activities, and representing the institution through presentations and public speaking. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to support student admissions and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Tele calling Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries. Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records. Provide accurate information about courses, admissions, and facilities 2. Counselling Guide students and parents regarding course selection and career paths Address queries and concerns effectively to support decision-making Assist in the admission process and documentation 3. Outreach Activities Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and events for student outreach Build relationships with external stakeholders and institutions Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events 4. Orator Deliver presentations about the institution to large audience s.Represent the organization during seminars, workshops, and public event s.Conduct orientation sessions and awareness programs. Required Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong presentation and public speaking ability Good interpersonal and counselling skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to travel for outreach activities Qualification: Graduate in any field Prior experience in tele calling, counselling, or admissions is an advantage Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
