Investment Analyst - Equity

Company Description

OrangeTree Capital is a family office established in 2022, investing globally across

India, Southeast Asia, and the US. Our primary focus areas are public capital markets,

venture funds, and early-stage startups. We are seeking an investment analyst who

is enthusiastic about building and managing a high-quality investment portfolio in a

disciplined, data-driven manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse memorandums, for Indian & International funds

• Conduct quarterly reviews of portfolio investments

• Prepare automate and monitor MIS and portfolio reports

• Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential

information

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA (preferred) with software experience/certification

• 2-5 years' experience in public markets investing, equity research or analytical

roles

• Comfort with investment analysis and admin tools as Mprofit, Perplexity, Google

Workplace (or equivalent)

Soft Skill Sets:

• Uncompromising on integrity

• Ability to take ownership & deliver tangible results

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a lean setup

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to work onsite. Office situated in Worli, Mumbai.

• We particularly value stability and prefer candidates who have changed jobs no more than once in the past five years

• Compensation will be aligned with prevailing market levels and calibrated to the candidate's experience, skill set, and overall fit for the role.

• You prefer structured corporate roles

• Prefer not to work in a lean setup with minimal supervision

• Do not enjoy record keeping & reporting
