We are hiring a Jr. Officer (Staff Cadre) – Shareholder & Records Services with experience in Shareholder Services or Broking Houses. The role requires hands-on exposure to share servicing, shareholder interactions, and records management. Candidates with strong understanding of equity servicing processes and stakeholder handling are preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Shareholder Grievance Management & Interface
Facilitate timely resolution of shareholder queries and grievances through effective tracking, coordination with RTA, and accurate record management.
IEPF & Shareholder Compliance Management
Support the IEPF processes and shareholder-related statutory matters, ensuring accurate and compliant execution.
Records & Repository Governance
Maintain a centralized, well-indexed repository of statutory and property records, ensuring easy retrieval, data integrity, and audit readiness.
Audit & Due Diligence Support (Records & Shareholder)
Support audits and due diligence by providing complete, accurate records and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.
Land & Property Records Management
Maintain and digitize company land/property records with strong controls, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and long-term record integrity.
