Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Fund Raise Lead specializing in HNI and Retail Investments. The Fund Raise Lead will be responsible for building relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail investors to secure investment opportunities. Responsibilities include preparing investment proposals, analyzing financial data, conducting presentations, and ensuring effective communication with potential investors. The role will also involve working closely with the finance team to oversee fund utilization and reporting to stakeholders.

Background:

• Must have worked as Wealth Manager for HNI & Ultra-HNIs
• Must have raised funds for startups from HNIs
• Worked with angel network / investment platform
• Managed investor onboarding, documentation, and exercise process
• Built and led a team to manage a large investor base

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate investment opportunities and market trends
• Knowledge and experience in Investments and Finance strategies
• Expertise in Fund Accounting and Accounting practices
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in fundraising or investment relations, especially with HNI and retail clientele, is preferred
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
