About The Role

Key duties include planning and organizing shift activities, monitoring production parameters, ensuring adherence to quality standards, troubleshooting operational and equipment issues, maintaining detailed shift records, and promoting a safe work environment. The role typically requires strong knowledge of cold rolling mill operations, process automation, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & control the complete production process
• Maintaining quality specification
• Knowledge about equipment & operations
• Coordinating with maintenance & other departments
• Enforcing safety protocols and promote safe working practices among the team
• Ensuring team is motivated & meets production goals

Key Requirements

Equipment Capacity and Specifications of Various Equipment and Material to be processed

Basic SAP knowledge

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in rolling mills, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift in-charge role

Skills:

Safety procedure, Rolling Mill Concept, Quality Control, communication, problem solving, computer proficiency.
