Application Support Engineer/Senior Analyst

Job Description :

We are looking for a 3 to 5 years of Application Production Support candidate for ReportHub project, a regulatory reporting platform.

This role requires basic understanding of regulatory reporting, application-level debugging, and incident management in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements :

The ideal candidate will :

- Provide 24x7 production support, ensuring high availability and performance of customer applications.

- Handle incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for P1P4 issues.

- Collaborate with development teams for fixes and deployments, while maintaining compliance with ITIL standards.

- Monitor application performance, analyze logs, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 5 years in application production support with regulatory reporting domain knowledge.

- Hands-on experience with incident handling, JIRA, SQL/NoSQL, and application debugging.

- Familiarity Azure, Linux and basic networking concepts.

- Experience of writing SQL queries.

- Problem solving skills and ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.

- Knowledge of ReportHub (a regulatory reporting tool) platform is good to have.
