What You'll Do:
🎯 Own the end-to-end management reporting for the business unit.
📊 Ensure financial results are accurate, complete, and consistent
🛠️ Review and validate monthly close activities including revenue recognition, cost allocations, accruals, and provisions
📈 Analyse financial performance, explain variances vs. budget/forecast, and provide insight-driven recommendations
🤝 Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and business analysis
💬 Support finance transformation initiatives, reporting optimization, and implementation of new financial systems and processes

What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field with an overall experience of 8 years or more.
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial controls
✅ Experience with accounting tools and ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
✅ Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering capabilities
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
✅ High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✅ Ability to quickly understand complex information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
