Hiring : Lead Software Engineer Full Stack (Individual Contributor)

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineering Lead with strong backend expertise and cloud experience to build and scale enterprise-grade platforms.

Key Requirements :

- 12+ years of software engineering experience

- Strong hands-on coding experience in Java.

- Experience working with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks

- Strong understanding of system design, scalable architectures, and distributed systems

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on AWS cloud experience

- Experience with microservices, APIs, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred

- Must come from strong product engineering environments
