Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Project Management Own end-to-end delivery of analytics, data engineering, AI/ML and Enterprise Data Transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and 100% client satisfaction. Translate business requirements into scalable data/analytics solutions. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consultative guidance and ensuring expectations are met. Drive business growth by building trusted relationships with client stakeholders through regular updates, workshops, and solution demonstrations. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, analysts, and data scientists. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes, frameworks, and methodologies. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Qualifications & Skills Education : MBAs/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering Experience : 8+ years of experience in analytics, BI data engineering services delivery, preferably in a client services driven environment. Should have managed team size ranging from 40-100 employees. Technical Skills : (good to have) Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, or Scala. Hands-on experience with data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). Strong knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, APIs, and data modeling. Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) and advanced analytics/ML frameworks. Soft Skills : Strong client-facing and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Must – Haves: Drive and energy to work hard and achieve success in an entrepreneurial environment Be a consultant to our clients. Think out-of-the-box solutions to help clients in solving their business problems Passion towards learning is a must. You must be able to merge the art of consulting to analytics services delivery Should have hands-on experience in delivering projects across multiple industries and analytics.
