Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a DevOps Engineer located in Bangalore Urban. The role involves managing and scaling cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, containerized services, and production environments across AWS and Azure. The professional will work closely with backend, frontend, AI, and product teams to ensure reliable deployments, infrastructure stability, security, monitoring, and operational excellence across the platform.

What You'll Do :

- Manage and maintain production and staging infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments

- Configure and manage cloud resources including EC2, Azure VMs, S3, Azure Blob Storage, VNets, NSGs, public IPs, and DNS

- Design, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated deployments

- Build and manage Docker-based microservice deployments using Docker and Docker Compose

- Configure and maintain Nginx reverse proxies, SSL/TLS certificates, and secure networking setups

- Implement zero-downtime deployment strategies and deployment verification workflows

- Monitor infrastructure health, application uptime, deployment stability, and operational reliability

- Troubleshoot production incidents, deployment failures, and infrastructure bottlenecks

- Configure logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using CloudWatch and Azure Monitor

- Manage backups, snapshots, disaster recovery workflows, and environment-specific infrastructure setups

- Support PostgreSQL and MongoDB infrastructure operations including backup and maintenance workflows

- Implement infrastructure security best practices including SSH hardening, firewall management, TLS hardening, and Fail2Ban

- Support secure banking API integrations and mTLS certificate management

- Automate operational workflows using Bash/Shell scripting

What We're Looking For :

- Strong hands-on Linux administration experience

- Strong experience with Docker and Docker Compose

- Experience with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms

- Experience configuring and managing Nginx

- Strong understanding of DNS, SSL/TLS, HTTP/HTTPS, reverse proxies, and networking fundamentals

- Experience troubleshooting live production systems and deployments

- Bash/Shell scripting experience

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and operational ownership mindset

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced startup environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Azure Container Apps

- Experience with Kubernetes

- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools

- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB administration

- Experience with CloudWatch or Azure Monitor

- Experience managing multi-environment infrastructure setups

- Experience with banking API integrations and mTLS certificate management
