Job description

We're Hiring: Team Leader – International Travel & Ticketing (GDS Expert)

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: 4–6 Years | Rotational Shift

Role Overview

We are looking for a Travel Team Leader (International Process) with strong GDS expertise to manage a team and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 15–20 travel consultants
  • Manage KPIs: SLA, AHT, CSAT, NPS
  • Handle international ticketing (issuance, reissue, refunds)
  • Manage escalations & complex itineraries

Must-Have Skills

  • GDS Expertise: Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo
  • International Travel Ticketing Experience
  • Team Handling (10+ agents)
  • BPO / Contact Center (Voice Process)
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)

Eligibility

  • 4–6 yrs in Travel BPO
  • 1+ yr as Team Leader
  • Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills
