Requirements

  • Proven track record in account management client success or business development
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify growth levers within existing accounts
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving renewals and expanding account value
  • Experience working with enterprise or high-value clients in a consultative capacity
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment



Required Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables formulas charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Time and Motion Study Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
