Urgent Hiring – Customer Support Executive (BPO)

Location: Mumbai (Candidates must be based in Mumbai only)

Salary: 18,000 – 50,000 per month (Depending on experience, communication skills, and process)

Eligibility:

*Only Mumbai-based candidates can apply.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

* Good English communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts/Night shifts (if required).

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through calls, chat, or email.

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

* Maintain accurate customer records.

* Achieve quality and productivity targets.
