Job description

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

or Bachelors degree in human-computer interaction user experience product design graphic design or an associated field. Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from reputed universities is preferred

Years of Experience

4-6 years of experience in user experience or design-related role.

Ability to develop and strengthen collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to advance the care of our patients and the growth of HCA Healthcare India

Ability to build trust and act with authenticity to cultivate a culture of integrity inclusion and mutual respect

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation remove barriers and resistance and enable desired behaviors

Technical Skills

Developing knowledge of human-centered design and UX best practices (e.g. user research usability testing moderated/unmoderated interviews etc.)

Developing understanding and ability to use relevant design and UX tools and platforms (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe CC InVision UserTestingetc.) Figma expereince is highly desired

Developing ability and skill in executing one or many of these design practices: UX design UI design interaction design visual design and product design

Developing ability to influence UX best practices while working closely with cross-functional multi disciplinary teams

Other Skills

Results oriented with an eye towards business results as the objective of automations

Demonstrates an empathetic and growth mindset with a willingness to learn new skills
technologies and methodologies

Proven ability to complete work make sound decisions and plan and accomplish goals with
direction /guidance from leadership

help guide HCA Healthcare Indias strategy and adoption
