Role Overview

We areseekinga highly skilled and experienced Lead UXDesigner to join our dynamic team. As the Lead UXDesigneryou will play a pivotal role in shaping theseamlessexperience of our digital products.

The ideal candidateshouldpossessa strong eye for detail a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly designs.

You will collaborate closely with UIdesigners developers product managers and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Location & Work Arrangement

• Based in Mumbai: Candidates need to be based in Mumbai or willing torelocate.

• Hybrid Role: This is a hybrid role where you are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.

• You will have the opportunity to lead dynamic projects with collaborative teams thatleveragethe latest technologies

• Travel for client engagements in India and Abroad is an essential commitment to delivering exceptional service

Qualifications:

Education
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Visual Arts or a related field.

Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in UXdesign.

Skills:

• Proficiencyin design tools such asFigmaAdobe Creative Suite Sketchetc.

• Strong portfolioshowcasingyour design processoutcomesand learnings

• Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• User-CenteredDesign: You are adept with the fundamentals of user-centereddesign and can create key artefacts like personas journey maps information architecturewireframesand prototypes.

• Usability & Research: You can plan and conduct usability studies and user research interviews as needed.

• Strategic Thinking: You develop simple elegant solutions for large complex projects ensuring they work across different platforms.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• TeamManagement &Collaboration: Youcan manage and lead independent squads. Youthrive in a team setting and can also drive design independently when.

• Interdisciplinary Contributions: You contribute to a diverse team including project managers strategists and developers.
