Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for various technical and non-technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closure of positions within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and ATS/HRMS management with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from requisition creation to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, , references, consultants, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview process.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements. Stakeholder Coordination
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates and hiring reports.
• Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Recruitment Operations
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in ATS/HRMS systems.
Additional Responsibilities
• Assist in recruitment drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate with recruitment vendors and consultants whenever required.
Educational Qualification
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Required Skills
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and screening methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
