5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and business analysts
- Understanding Salesforce solution design and user stories to ensure alignment with business needs
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira
- Ability to manage deliverables within the team and alongside third-party partners
- Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution
- Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities
- Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites.
