Graphic Designer

Growth Hackers is looking for a creative and outcome-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. If you love crafting clean, modern, and high-impact visuals and want to work with fast-growing brands, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design digital-first creatives: static posts, carousels, banners, GIFs, thumbnails, ads, and brand collaterals
• Create campaign visual identities, theme boards, and mood boards
• Develop ad creatives for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Experiment with new styles, layouts, and visual directions
• Maintain quality while meeting deadlines across multiple design requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and brand design
• Proficiency in Nano Banana, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to convert briefs into high-quality visuals
• Attention to detail and strong creative problem-solving skills
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut)
• Bonus: Experience with D2C, FMCG, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands
