About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing deployments of Aviso AI solutions for new
customers while delivering a superior customer experience throughout the engagement.
Key responsibilities include -
- Planning and execution of the projects within the agreed scope, timeline and budget
- Working closely with customers on all project phases (eg - kick off, understanding AS IS Sales processes / defining To Be state in Aviso, Build / Configuration, defining and driving User Acceptance Testing and go live)
- Closely coordinating with multiple internal teams (eg - Data science, Engineering, Professional services, Customer Success to drive configuration, integrations and other key project deliverables) to deliver a smooth integrated delivery experience to the customer
- Effective monitoring, tracking, reporting of project status to internal and external stakeholders
- Adhering to project process and documents such as project plans, RAID log and other deliverables; while contributing to continuous improvements of the templates
- Delivering customer delight via effective stakeholder, risk and project management
Key additional expectations -
- The role will require overlap with the US hours.
- The candidate should be willing to handle multiple deployments / customers simultaneously and handle additional project responsibilities as they arise.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with Senior executives and a mix of teams like process teams, technical teams of customers and Aviso.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher Degree
- Experience of 4-6 years in SFDC implementations for global clients
- Strong business acumen in Business Analysis, Project planning and management of SFDC implementation projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
