Minimum 15 to 18 years of relevant experience with strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels across a wide range of discussions. Creative problem-solver with an inquisitive mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous situations and capable of working independently with minimal oversight. Demonstrates flexibility and openness to change by adapting effectively to evolving plans, domains, priorities, project constraints, and timelines. Maintains strong attention to detail with high-quality standards for documentation, processes, and control environments. A confident self-starter who performs well under pressure, takes initiative, and has the drive to successfully deliver projects through to completion.
