Role Description – HR Intern

As an HR Intern, you will get practical exposure to the full HR cycle, including:

• Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Maintaining employee databases and attendance.
• Supporting employee engagement activities.
• Learning HR documentation and compliance basics.

This internship is designed to give you real-time HR experience and prepare you for a long-term career in Human Resources.

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid Internship)
