Assessment Interns - IP

About the Role:

Are you passionate about Intellectual Property Law and looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic IP law firm We are inviting applications for Assessment Interns who will work closely with our legal team on trademark and patent-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting trademark and patent searches and preparing concise reports

Assisting with filing of trademark and patent applications (Indian & international)

Drafting responses to examination reports, oppositions, counter-statements, etc.

Supporting documentation, e-filing, and form preparation across IP matters

Managing and updating docketing systems and internal records

Reviewing and organizing client documents and IP portfolios

Coordinating with the IP Office and assisting in client communications

Proofreading, formatting, and preparing IP filings and client reports

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of trademark and patent law principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, IP databases, and email correspondence

High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and eagerness to learn

Willingness to take initiative and contribute to a variety of IP projects
