Position: HR Intern - Hindi Mandatory

 Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram (On-site / Hybrid)

Company: Genrobotic Innovations Pvt. Ltd.

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Based on interview performance (Paid/Unpaid)

 Joining: Immediate Joiner (Preferred)

 Number of Positions: 10

 Preferred Candidates: From Thiruvananthapuram or willing to relocate

About The Internship

Genrobotic Innovations is inviting applications for HR Recruiter Interns (Hindi speaking) (Non-Academic) who are passionate about starting a career in Human Resources. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions such as operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training & development, administration and more, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Who Can Apply

 Graduates / Freshers exploring HR careers (Non-Academic Internship)

Can join within 1 week Preferably from Thiruvananthapuram or ready to relocate

Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and screen resumes
  • Schedule interviews and assist with recruitment coordination
  • Help with onboarding and induction procedures
  • Maintain employee records and support HR documentation
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
  • Track attendance and assist with leave records
  • Participate in HR events and general administrative duties
