Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps) . The role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of security-centric solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both out-of-the-box and custom SecOps functionalities, custom catalog development, integrations, and collaboration with SOC / security teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SecOps modules :
• Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Vulnerability Response (VR)
• Threat Intelligence (TI)
• Develop and customize Service Catalog items with dynamic forms, workflows, and automation.
• Configure and enhance out-of-the-box SecOps functionalities and build custom solutions when required.
• Collaborate with SOC teams, security analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements .
• Write client-side and server-side scripts including :
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts
• Scheduled Jobs
• Design and implement REST / SOAP integrations with third-party security tools.
• Apply secure development practices , enforce RBAC, and configure ACLs.
• Contribute to Agile development processes , mentor junior developers, and support team delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, configurations, and changes.
