Mechanical Design Engineer / Stainless Steel Fabrication Pharma 6-10 years Pune

Preferred Candidates from Fabrication SS Or Pharma industry

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

Salary : Rs. 18 LPA or more depending on skills and exp

• Key Responsibilities
• Design and model mechanical systems and production lines using 3D CAD (Inventor, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Translate process requirements into functional machine designs and layouts.
• Collaborate with production and process teams to develop technical solutions for cutting, frying, drying, packaging, and cooling.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies, FEM analyses, and mechanical calculations.
• Prepare technical drawings and bills of materials for manufacturing and assembly.
• Validate prototypes and test setups in R&D environments or at customer sites.
• Contribute to standardization, modular design, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure hygienic design according to EHEDG guidelines. General Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g. Inventor, SolidWorks).
• Affinity with food processing or industrial machine construction.
• Knowledge of food-grade materials (stainless steel, plastics) and production techniques.
• Team players with strong communication skills.
