Position Overview :

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and helping the company attract and hire top talent. If you have a knack for sourcing candidates, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of recruitment best practices, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities :

• End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening : Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels.
• Reporting & Talent Pipeline : Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
