About the Role

As a

Business Development Representative , you’ll be the voice of LegalBridge - connecting with law firms, immigration professionals, and global mobility leaders to introduce them to our platform. You’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving our business expansion in the LegalTech market.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology, communication, and helping transform how legal services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

– Build and nurture relationships with law firms, tech partners, and global mobility consultants to expand LegalBridge’s ecosystem.

Lead Qualification & Conversion

– Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the product evaluation and onboarding journey.

Revenue Growth Strategy

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and execute market expansion and partnership strategies.

Market & Competitor Research

– Analyze industry trends and competitor movements to refine LegalBridge’s market positioning.

Sales Enablement & Reporting

– Maintain CRM data, monitor pipeline performance, and share insights to optimize outreach and conversion strategies.

Partnerships Manager

Business Strategy Lead , driving market expansion and ecosystem growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in strategic collaborations and go-to-market initiatives directly with the leadership team.

Technical / Hard Skills

CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)

B2B outreach and pipeline management

Business analytics and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Notion, or Airtable)

Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based revenue models

Familiarity with sales automation and lead tracking tools (Apollo, Lemlist, or Outreach)

Soft Skills

Exceptional communication and relationship management

Strategic mindset with attention to detail

Empathy and patience in client interactions

Resilience under feedback and fast iteration cycles

Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first approach
