Himalaya Industries specializes in the manufacturing of Raney Nickel Catalyst (RNC), Precious Metal Catalysts (including Palladium, Platinum, Rhodium & Ruthenium), as well as Homogenous & Heterogenous catalysts, Nickel catalysts, custom catalysts, and salts. Based in Badlapur MIDC, 50 kilometers from Mumbai Airport, our catalysts are used for hydrogenation in a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, agro chemicals, food industry, oleochemical industry, and dyes & pigments.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager in the Catalyst Division, located in Vadodara. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, exploring and expanding into new markets, achieving sales targets, creating reports detailing sales performance, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies. Additionally, the individual will need to stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Knowledge of the Catalyst and Chemicals industry, with specific understanding of pharmaceutical, agro chemical, and food sector applications
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship-Building skills
Analytical skills for creating detailed sales reports and strategic planning
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related fields
Ability to travel within the region as needed
Prior experience in managing a regional sales team is a plus
