Corporate Finance Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Corporate Finance and Legal Compliance Specialist

to work on financial compliance, legal governance, and regulatory adherence across our corporate operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our financial and legal practices align with both internal policies and external regulations, mitigating risks while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Finance Compliance :

Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors for financial compliance audits.

Support treasury, budgeting, and M&A activities with compliance oversight.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance :

Monitor regulatory developments affecting corporate governance, contracts, and transactions.

Draft, review, and manage legal documentation (contracts, NDAs, financial agreements) to ensure risk mitigation and legal compliance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards (e.g., AML, GDPR, Companies Act).

Policy & Risk Management :

Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures.

Identify compliance risks and recommend proactive solutions to prevent legal or financial exposure.

Conduct regular compliance assessments and provide reports to senior leadership.

Training & Awareness :

Deliver compliance training sessions to staff, particularly in finance, procurement, and legal teams.

Promote ethical practices and a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Experience :

Professional Courses (e.g., CA Finals completed).

6+ years of experience in corporate finance, legal compliance, or risk management.

Strong understanding of financial systems, legal frameworks, and regulatory environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Skills Required :

Deep knowledge of corporate finance and legal compliance requirements.

Ability to interpret complex laws and financial regulations.

Strong knowledge in Statutory Audit - Finalisation & Reporting including Trusts.

Experience working cross-functionally with finance, legal, and audit teams.
