What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemical Technology or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry
- Strong understanding of cGMP, ISO 9001 / 14001, HALAL, KOSHER, and EHS standards
- Proven ability to lead production teams and drive operational excellence (OEE, yield, productivity, and cost efficiency)
- Experience with SOP / WI / MBR documentation and compliance systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments (Maintenance, QC, QA, SCM, HR)
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
