Responsibilities-

  • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions in Salesforce.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
  • Perform QA testing for Salesforce configurations, integrations, and new releases.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Support data management activities such as data imports, exports, and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate functionality.
  • Participate in UAT and regression testing before system changes or deployments.
  • Provide end-user support and create documentation or training materials when required.

Requirements-

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform administration and functionality.
  • Experience with Salesforce QA or testing, including manual and regression testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data management using Data Loader or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred (not mandatory).
  • Flexible to work in both IST and EST time zones.
