Job description

AGM / GM - Global HR Operations and Engagement :

  • Successful and timely recruitment of staff according to the procedure and smooth on boarding into the organization.

Managing Employee Life-cycle :

  • Managing employee life-cycle - Employment contracts, probation evaluation, confirmation, Appraisals and Exits.
  • Employee Communication and Grievance handling :

  • Be the single point of contact for all HR matters.
  • Resolving grievances and complains following policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement & Trainings :

  • Preparing Annual engagement Calendar and organizing events for staff.
  • Identification of Training needs for the staff and roll out Training plan as per Budget.
  • Leave and Attendance management :

  • Keeping track of staff leave / Attendance management for all locations.
  • Other HR Support

  • Timely delivery of HR statistics / projects as requested by the Leadership
  • Maintaining Employees files and other critical HR records.
  • Providing inputs for quarterly Newsletter.
