We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager / Project Manager to help drive the success of our projects and clients.

As an Operations Manager / Project Manager, you will be directly involved in overseeing media-related projects, managing YouTube channels, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with the founder and play an essential role in the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee YouTube channel management, video editing, and design projects.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Manage workflows and timelines for video production, thumbnails, and social media projects.
  • Assist in the growth and scalability of operations, looking for improvements in project management processes.
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery of media-related projects.
  • Be the go-to person for managing media company operations and project execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Previous experience in managing operations within a media company.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with media tools like video editing, design software, and social media platforms (YouTube as a priority).
  • Proactive in taking the initiative to improve processes and systems.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with a desire to work directly with a founder.
