Job description

We are hiring a dynamic National Head of Sales to drive our Tools, Hardware & Abrasives product categories across India. This senior leadership role reports directly to Top Management.

  • Position : National Head of Sales
  • Reporting to : Top Management
  • Team Leadership : Must have led a sales team of 50+ previously with min. business of 50 to 100 cr.
  • CTC : Up to ₹18 LPA
  • Location : Punjab & Travelling involved PAN India

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan new product launches across product categories
  • Develop, expand, and strengthen Dealer & Distributor networks nationwide.
  • Drive primary & secondary sales by supporting distributors with schemes, promotions, and sales incentives.
  • Ensure territory-wise coverage and deepen market penetration in urban, semi-urban & rural markets.
  • Appoint new distributors / channel partners while ensuring profitability and sustained growth.
  • Lead sales planning, forecasting, and execution to achieve Pan-India targets .
  • Monitor competitor activities in tools, hardware, and allied products; implement counter-strategies.
  • Devise innovative sales campaigns, trade promotions, and branding activities .
  • Recruit, train & motivate a large sales team to deliver consistent results.

    • ✅ Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years of proven experience in in similar industry
  • Strong expertise in Dealer / Distributor Development & Channel Sales .
  • Prior success in handling Pan-India operations and large sales teams (50+ people).
  • Excellent exposure to trade sales, retail networks, and distribution expansion .
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Spanners, Wrenches, Pliers, Hammers, Screwdrivers
  • Socket sets, Allen keys, Torque wrenches
  • Cutting tools (hacksaws, blades, chisels, files)
  • Measuring tools (tapes, calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Drills, Grinders, Sanders, Cutters, Impact wrenches
  • Corded & Cordless tools
  • Drill bits, saw blades, cutting wheels
  • Grinding wheels, Cutting discs, Flap discs, Sandpapers
  • Polishing wheels & Buffing compounds
  • Nuts, Bolts, Screws, Washers, Anchors
  • Industrial fasteners & Fixing systems
  • Clamps, Vices, Toolboxes, Storage systems
  • Welding tools & accessories (MIG / TIG consumables, electrodes)
  • Safety & protective tools
  • Adhesives, Sealants, Tapes
  • Lubricants & Industrial Oils
  • Electrical hand tools & accessories
