Customer Success & Sales Specialist – Onsite | Bandra West | Immediate Hire

Location : Bandra West, Mumbai (Onsite)

Are you a natural at sales? Do you love building relationships and driving revenue growth?

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist to take ownership of our direct sales funnel, upsell to existing customers, and drive repeat business. If you have a knack for selling, strong communication skills, and a data-driven mindset, this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Sales & Customer Engagement – Build long-term relationships with customers, upsell new products, and convert inquiries into direct sales.
  • Order & Dispatch Management – Oversee daily order processing, ensure on-time deliveries, and handle customer queries regarding orders & shipments.
  • Retention & Cohort Analysis – If you can read and act on cohort data from Shopify, that’s a MASSIVE plus! Use data insights to improve retention, re-engage past buyers, and optimize customer lifetime value.
  • Proactive Outreach & Upselling – Identify high-value customers, craft personalized sales strategies, and send targeted WhatsApp / email offers to drive repeat sales.
  • Marketing Support & CRM Automation – Run broadcast campaigns and emailers via marketing tools like Contlo to keep customers engaged.
  • Shopify & Easycom Mastery – If you know Shopify and Easycom, you’ll be a game-changer in helping us streamline processes and maximize conversions.
  • Customer Reviews & Brand Trust – Engage with customers post-purchase, encourage positive reviews, and resolve queries to maintain top-tier customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • Exceptional Sales & Communication Skills – You love talking to customers and can convince them to buy effortlessly.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi – You can engage, sell, and build relationships in both languages.
  • Data-Driven Mindset – If you can analyze Shopify cohort data to improve retention, you’re a rockstar!
  • Shopify & Easycom Experience (BIG Advantage) – Prior experience in Shopify, Easycom, and CRM tools will give you a major edge.
