Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cake Decorator based in Mumbai. The Cake Decorator will be responsible for decorating cakes and pastries, creating designs that meet customer specifications, and ensuring high presentation standards. Daily tasks include baking, decorating, and designing cakes, cookies, and other baked goods. Additionally, the Cake Decorator will interact with customers to fulfill their requests and maintain the bakery's aesthetic and quality.

Qualifications

• Prepare cake bases, fillings, frostings, and decorative elements as per recipes and schedules.
• Decorate cakes using buttercream, fondant, piping, chocolate, and other techniques with precision.
• Customize designs to meet customer requests while maintaining neat finishing and brand standards.
• Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of daily and bulk orders.
• Maintain attention to detail in taste, texture, and presentation.
• Keep workstation, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Monitor stock of ingredients and report shortages to avoid delays.
• Key Skills : Attention to detail, strong piping and decorating skills, creativity, teamwork, time management, hygiene practices.
