MES Service Delivery Manager

This is a permanent work from home position from anywhere in India

We’re seeking an MES Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems across global manufacturing sites.

Experience : - 12 - 18 Years

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage MES operations, SLAs, and incident resolution across sites.
• Coordinate between business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to GxP, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Drive performance improvements and process optimization initiatives.
• Functional and technical expertise in MES and QMS systems.
• Oversight of SLAs, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
