Role & responsibilities
To lead and manage the creative expression of the Writer Group across all visual and design touchpoints. This role is responsible for upholding the Groups brand identity, storytelling, and overall visual consistency across campaigns, internal and external communications, digital properties, and marketing collateral. The Creative Lead will work closely with business heads, the marketing team, and external partners to translate strategic marketing goals into impactful, brand-aligned design outcomes.
- Lead all creative design initiatives across the Writer Group to ensure a unified brand identity.
- Ideate and design visual content for digital campaigns, print collateral, social media, internal communications, product launches, and experiential events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage multiple brand portfolios within the group, including but not limited to Information Management, Relocations, and Lifestyle Services.
- Supervise external design agencies and freelancers to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Drive brand evolution by staying up to date with design trends and incorporating fresh, contemporary styles while maintaining brand integrity.
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines for the Group and ensure compliance across all media.
- Deliver assets for web, video, print, email marketing, presentations, and branded environments.
Preferred candidate profile
QUALIFICATION
A Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.EXPERIENCE
7-8 years of experience in Branding & Marketing , Graphics and animationTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Working knowledge of video editing and animation is an added advantage.Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and web design.Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.High creative flair with a strategic mindset.Skills Required
