The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Linux environments, virtualization platforms, and server infrastructure, along with exposure to cloud technologies and automation. This role involves delivering3rd level technical support, performing daily compute operations, and ensuring high availability and performance of server systems while adhering to ITIL processes and customer SLAs. Key Responsibilities Provide 3rd level technical support for Linux server environments in compliance with customer SLAs. Manage daily compute operations including event management, incident resolution, service requests, change requests, and root cause analysis (RCA). Perform server lifecycle management : installation, configuration, monitoring, patching, maintenance, troubleshooting, and decommissioning (both physical and virtual servers). Administer storage operations based on NetApp NFS. Maintain and manage package repositories and OS images. Execute patch management using tools like BladeLogic Automation. Configure and manage monitoring / alert systems, including rollout and integration with infrastructure tools. Conduct performance testing and analysis to ensure optimized server performance. Prepare detailed technical documentation, test plans, service guides, and knowledge
