Minimum Requirements :

B.Arch. Degree

Minimum 5

experience in Bangalore based architectural firms

Proven working experience in sanction drawings and working drawings

Exposure of working in high rise residential and commercial projects

Proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator

or other design programs

Undertake design project from concept to completion

Must be from Real estate / Construction / Project Management

Interpret and translate management requirements into drawings

Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Coordinate for sourcing of “samples” and “mood products”

Supervise work progress at site

Communications and presentation skills

Project Management skills

Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
