Our flagship product, AI Workers, lets anyone create autonomous agents that connect to multiple knowledge sources, tools, and systems to get real work done — through chat, voice, APIs, webhooks, and events.

Think of it as giving every person or business their own digital teammate — and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can take complete ownership of how AI Workers are designed, implemented, and scaled for enterprise customers.

You’ll work with Product owners on the product roadmap, lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live, and ensure every deployment showcases the full power of Commotion’s platform.

This is a hybrid role combining product leadership and implementation ownership — where you don’t just define the vision, you deliver it.

What You’ll Own

1. Product Strategy & Discovery

• Own the process of identifying the most valuable AI Worker use cases across enterprise customers.
• Define the roadmap for multimodal AI — spanning reasoning, orchestration, latency, and integrations.
• Translate customer workflows and business needs into clear product requirements and success metrics.
