Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Solace Administrator with hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining the Solace messaging platform. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage technical documentation and upgrades effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and configure the Solace platform, including object creation such as VPNs, Users, Queues, Topics, and Bridges.
- Perform Solace firmware upgrades and manage appliance upgrades (including serial cable procedures).
- Execute and support Solace Disaster Recovery (DR) testing.
- Monitor and configure high spool, Queues, Topics, and Bridges to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Solace-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and process manuals for Solace platform implementation and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for product troubleshooting and enhancement.
- Align system performance and configurations with customer requirements and expectations.
Required Skills :
Proven hands-on experience in Solace platform setup and administration.Solid understanding of Solace components and object management (VPNs, Queues, Topics, Bridges).Experience with Solace firmware upgrades and appliance maintenance.Good troubleshooting and analytical skills for Solace and related systems.Proficiency in UNIX / Linux environments.Experience working closely with vendors for issue resolution.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Customer-oriented approach and excellent team collaboration skills.(ref : hirist.tech)
