Fashion Tech Product Growth Lead

About the Role : We operate an AI-powered platform for the Fashion Industry that’s targeted towards the US and European market. We’re looking for a Founder-Minded Product Lead. The role requires a builder mindset — someone who can own the product, drive growth, and make things happen across product development, marketing, and increase monetisation.

We’re looking for someone who has the hunger of a founder, the creativity of a marketer, and the execution focus of an operator.

What You’ll Do?

Own the product end-to-end – from improving to growth to ensuring customer delight and commercial success.

Coordinate across creative, AI, and tech teams to deliver the core product experience.

Understand the customer mindset (both B2B and B2C) and build solutions that resonate with US / EU audiences.

Create and manage digital content (especially Instagram and other social channels) that communicates the product’s value.

Drive go-to-market execution – packaging, positioning, pricing, and partnership strategies.

Convert insights into revenue, ensuring continuous product-market fit and growth.

Work hands-on across marketing, user research, data, and design — no task too small.

Build the product narrative — translate AI capabilities into compelling customer stories.

What You Bring?

Prior entrepreneurial experience (start-up that did not reach product–market fit — we value the lessons learned).

Experience in building or scaling a product, ideally in a tech, fashion tech, or creative platform environment.

A background in marketing, design, or growth, with the ability to connect creativity and commerce.

Global exposure — educated or worked abroad, with understanding of US / EU consumer behavior.

Strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

International education background (UK / US / Europe) preferred, but not mandatory.
