This role requires a strong background in staffing for non-technical roles across industries such as manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, healthcare admin, corporate services, and professional services. The ideal candidate is a highly driven recruiter who excels in sourcing talent, managing client relationships, and closing deals independently.

Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for non-IT roles
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, referrals, and Boolean sourcing
• Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure skill, culture, and career fit
• Negotiate offers, compensation, and start dates with candidates
