Oracle HCM Cloud Solutions Engineer

Experience :

8+ years (Minimum 3 years hands-on in Oracle HCM Cloud)

Industry Preference : Manufacturing industry experience preferred

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to join our remote team in India. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations, especially those who have worked within the manufacturing domain . You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and configure Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a focus on Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent modules.
• Lead technical design and development of Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI / BIP Reports , and personalization's .
• Implement and support inbound / outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST / SOAP APIs, and other middleware.
• Work with business stakeholders and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing , troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Oracle HCM modules.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones in an Agile / DevOps environment.
• Provide production support, including root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and system architecture.
