The DGM – Brand,Media & Growth will lead data-led brandbuilding, AI-powered mediaoptimization, and experience-driven communication, ensuring the most loved and progressive retail brand for India’s evolving consumers.

- Build and communicate our differentiated brand story using an integrated media ecosystem — combining traditional, digital, and data-driven touchpoints for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Use consumer insights, digital storytelling, and innovation to create new shopping missions, moments, and experiences that drive incremental demand and frequency.
- Leverage analytics, NPS, and customer listening tools to strengthen brand perception on value and service, and proactively act on insights to close experience gaps.
- Leverage technology, automation, and digital tools to build scalable SOPs and frameworks that ensure consistency, speed, and quality in marketing execution across all channels.

Management graduatein marketing.8 to 10 years retailor similar experience with at least 5-7 years in Brand specific activities.Full technical knowledge of retailmarketing operations.Analytical skills,familiarity with the latest trends, technologies in new age communication.
