Role Overview :
Nykaa is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly driven professional to join its Social Media & Influencer Marketing team across Beauty, Fashion, and Private Label brands. The role will focus on building a strong digital presence, driving community engagement, and amplifying campaigns through social media content, influencer collaborations, and innovative storytelling. The individual will work closely with internal teams, creators, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand visibility, consumer love, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Strategy & Content
- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat).
- Conceptualize and create engaging BAU and campaign-led content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives.
- Lead content shoots, ideate shoot decks, and oversee creative direction for launch and BAU requirements.
- Innovate with new content formats to maximize reach, engagement, and audience relevance.
- Ensure inclusivity and diversity in all communication.
2. Influencer Marketing & UGC
Identify, onboard, and manage influencers aligned with brand campaigns and messaging.Negotiate budgets, draft creative briefs, and oversee timely delivery of influencer assets.Build creator-driven content (BCA – Brand-Creator Assets) and leverage “Brand Say” + “Others Say” strategy for launches.Drive user-generated content initiatives with nano and micro-creators to strengthen community trust.Liaise with Nykaa Affiliate Program (NAP) and talent managers for efficient campaign delivery.3. Campaign & Event Management
Plan and execute social-first campaigns and collaborations to boost brand engagement.Cover internal and external brand events in real-time for digital amplification.Onboard influencers and manage collaborations during events and activations.Manage social pages and web communication (Webcom assets, banners, creatives) for incubation / private label brands.4. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance across reach, engagement, conversions, and influencer ROI.Use tools like Instagram Insights, Social Bakers, Tableau, MIS to generate actionable insights.Optimize campaigns and content strategies based on performance analysis.5. Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Design, Central Marketing, Category) for cross-functional campaign execution.Build strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and community members to scale digital presence.Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.1–4 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital content (internships can be considered for entry-level).Strong understanding of digital platforms, creator ecosystem, and social trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.Proficiency in content planning, caption writing, social scheduling; basic design / CMS knowledge preferred.Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to analyze data and apply insights for continuous improvement.Passion for beauty, fashion, and industry trends.
