Brief : Senior Full Stack Developer experienced with Next.Js, Node.Js, MongoDb and Express.Js

Responsibility :

1.⁠ ⁠Architecture & Development

2.⁠ ⁠Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Next.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js (MERN + Next.js).

3.⁠ ⁠Drive the migration from existing MERN stack to Next.js for improved performance and SEO.

4.⁠ ⁠Integrate AI / ML APIs (e.g., speech-to-text, NLP, translation, summarization) into core workflows.

5.⁠ ⁠Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs to power both web and mobile apps.

6.⁠ ⁠Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) for multilingual SEO.

7.⁠ ⁠Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and AI Engineers.

8.⁠ ⁠Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality.

9.⁠ ⁠Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and release management

10. Proven experience in designing scalable architectures and building resilient systems with features like caching strategies, load balancing, database optimization and monitoring / alerting frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably in SaaS or content platforms.
• Strong proficiency in :
• Frontend : Next.js, React.js, Redux, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
• Backend : Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB (or equivalent NoSQL DBs).
