Senior Software Engineer - ML Ops

We are seeking a highly skilled MLOps Engineer to support the development and operation of automation tools within our Machine Learning Platform and Search infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our ML inference services, CI / CD workflows, and training data pipelines.

In this role you will be working as a member of one of the top software engineering teams handling very complex and large data of Apple maps.

Job Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Model Lifecycle Management
• Onboard new ML models onto the existing platform with standardized training automation and interfaces
• CI / CD & Deployment Operations
• Maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines for Search and ML services
• Operate sign-off and deployment processes, ensuring daily release sign-off
• Big Data Pipeline Management
• Maintain and optimize training data preparation pipelines leveraging the latest big data tools with an emphasis on cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum  5+  years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development and infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and systems engineering. In-depth understanding of Linux environments, AWS EKS, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with modern CI / CD and MLOps best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of working independently and as part of a distributed global team.
